I have spent the greater part of the last 8 years coaching distance runners while also working with other power based athletes and plenty in between those two extremes. I offer my own personal coaching and lifestyle enhancement, you can contact me directly, and we can set something up.
I have the highest level coaching certification in the world from the International Association of Athletics Federations in endurance running, and I have coached a great deal of high-caliber high school athletes in recent years.
